1) Have you been eating your protein?

  • Fav summer time lunches are protein heavy salads.
  • Chicken, turkey or tuna
  • Use spinach instead of iceberg for more nutrition
  •  quick on the go pre made protein shakes (at grocery and gas station)!

2.) Still making excuses? No more excuses it’s June!

  • The heat us on! 🙂

3.) Feel the burn

  • Get outside and take a power walk/ jog, sign up for local road race for Charity.

4.) Watch that late night snacking

  • Cut the carbs in the pm, 3 hours before bed
  • Have a cookie – but just one! (I think I’m turning into a softie!!!)
