ts official, Summer has arrived. Time to hit the Beaches. Here are some fun activities to burn calories while sunning!

  • Swimming (ocean)
  • Beach Volleyball
  • Surfing
  • Frisbee
  • Water Skiing
  • I enjoy jogging and body surfing

Fun foods to snack on:

  • Drink ice tea instead if soda
  • Load the cooler up with water and coconut water
  • Instead of chips bring an assortment of berries
  • Sliced apples are also a good choice
  • Turkey wraps instead of burgers
  • Maybe even a little Pirates Booty!
