Hanging at the pool, so let’s make a splash!

The summer is way too short. Enjoy days at the pool with these fun activities and tips on eats!!!

So much fun…
Swim laps or have relay races
Crank the tunes and have your own water aerobics
Play water basketball/volleyball

*try swimming laps with a “noodle” or kick board

On the patio:
– say no to fatty foods and beer
– say yes to grilled chicken salad and sparkling water

On the barbeques:
– say no to ribs and potato salad
– say yes to grilled chicken, vegetables and salad

Things to try:
– scallops and mussels are a great source of protein
– salmon and tuna boost heart and brain health
– grill grapefruit/fruit to rev up fat burn

*my favorite grilled salmon on romaine lettuce, perfect!
